Welcome & Acceptance

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our other policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

• Must be 13+ years old to use our services.
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.

Services

• VPS hosting
• Game server hosting
• Cloud and automation services
• All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
• We target 99.9% uptime, but no uptime or data guarantee is made.

Account Responsibility & Not Acceptable Use

Account Responsibility:

• Keeping your account and billing info secure.
• All actions performed on your account.
• Notifying staff immediately if your account is compromised.

Not Acceptable Use:

• DDoS, malware, spam, or hacking tools.
• Pirated or illegal content.
• Cryptocurrency mining (unless approved).
• Network abuse or exploits.
• Harassment or illegal activity.

Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

Billing & Refunds

Billing:

• Payments are prepaid and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Invoices must be paid by the due date.
• Chargebacks result in suspension or permanent termination.

Refunds:

Refunds are only considered within 48 hours of purchase at our discretion. No refunds for:

• Abuse-related bans
• Setup/custom service fees
• Domain or license purchases

Backups & Resource Limits

Backups:

You are responsible for your own backups. We do not guarantee recovery in the event of data loss.

Resource Limits:

If you exceed your plan’s resource limits (CPU, RAM, bandwidth), we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your service.

Termination

• You violate these Terms or our AUP
• Payment fails
• Your usage poses risk to others

Data may be deleted 7 days after termination.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 30 days.
